The Kingdom Of Christ Described:
  1. PROGRESSIVE:
    1. GOD EXPECTS IT TO INCREASE.

      2. Isaiah 9:7 = "Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end."

    2. GOD EXPECTS IT TO EXPAND.

    Zechariah 9:10 = "And his kingdom shall be from sea even to sea, and from the river
    even to the ends of the earth.    "

    Acts 1:8 = "But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost past of the earth."

  2. PEACEABLE: (That is it is not for physical warfare among men)
    1. GOD WANTED WARFARE TO CEASE..

      2. Psalm 46:9 = "He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth."

      NOTE: When the Word of God dwells in man’s heart there will be peace on earth.

      Romans 10:15 = "And how shall they preach, except they be sent? As it is written, how beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of  good things." Romans 14:17 = "For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost."

      I Timothy 2:1-2 = "I exhort therefore, that first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; for kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty."

      Hebrews 12:14 = "Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord."

      James 3:17-18 = "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy, and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace."

    2. THE CHILDREN OF GOD ARE PEACEMAKERS.

    Matthew 5:9 = "Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God."

  3. POWERFUL:

    1. ALL THE FORCES OF HELL SHALL NOT PREVAIL AGAINST IT.

      2. Matthew 16:18-19 = "And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this
      rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou 
      shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose  on earth shall be loosed in heaven.      "

    2. THE SPIRITUAL KINGDOM OF THE LORD WOULD WIELD A MORE POWERFUL
      INFLUENCE IN THE WORLD THAN ANY KINGDOM IN IT’S PERIOD OF GREATEST
      STRENGTH OR POWER.

      3. Hebrews 12:27-29 = "And this word, yet once more, signifieth the removing of
      those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: for our God is a consuming fire.      "

      I Corinthians 4:20 = "For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power."

    3. THE KINGDOM OF GOD DOES DEPEND (EXIST) ON THE POWERFUL ELOQUENT
      AND PERSUASIVE WORDS OF MEN FOR IT’S EXISTENCE. However it does depend
      upon "the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation" =
      (Romans 1:16). Paul wrote in I Corinthians 2:4 = "And my speech and my preaching
      was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in the demonstration of the
      Spirit and of power.      "

  4. PREDOMINANT: (IT WILL PREVAIL UNTIL)

    5. I Corinthians 15:25 = "For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet."

    Hebrews 2:7-9 = "Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands: Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him. But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man." (Read Ephesians 1:19-22.)

  5. PERMANENT:

    1. THE PROPHET DANIEL WROTE IN Daniel 7:14 = "His dominion is an everlasting
      dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be
      destroyed.      "
    2. THE ANGEL SPEAKING TO MARY ABOUT CHRIST SAID: Luke 1:31-33 = "And,
      behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of David: and he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.      "

  6. QUESTIONS I MUST ANSWER:

    1. AM I IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD?
    2. AM I DOING MY PART TO ACCOMPLISH THESE ENDS? (Ephesians 4:16.)
    3. IF I AM NOT THEN I AM AN ENEMY OF CHRIST.

      4. Matthew 6:24 = "No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, 
      and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye
      cannot serve God and mammon.      "

      Matthew 12:25 = And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, every
      kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house
      divided against itself shall not stand.      "
